Michal Zeman

Michal Zeman graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava in 2005.

In 2004 and 2005 he worked in Bratislava branch of international law firm Salans. He was a member of Čechová & Partners team from 2005 through 2009. He has been registered with Slovak Bar Association as a licensed advocate since 1 January 2009. His working languages are Slovak and English.

Michal Zeman is a recognised expert in the field of real estate and corporate law. He has further significant experience in the area of PPP projects, construction law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, securities, in particular promissory notes and bills of exchange, labour law and competition law. Besides the transaction counselling he also represents clients in civil lawsuits and administrative proceedings (including administrative offences).

His transaction activities include in particular advisory regarding transfer of companies and real estates, including due diligence, commercial lease, contracts on work, intermediary relations, corporate, promissory notes and bills of exchange.
